Cumbria Novice Competitions
A novice is a gymnast one that has not previously gained an individual medal position by representing school/club/county or region in any age group in any competition. There are separate competitions for secondary and primary pupils. The primary competition is designed to bridge the gap between Key Steps and the County Championships. This year we will again be incorporating a qualifier event for the English Schools Novice Final. Primary Schools wishing to enter this competition will enter the acro pairs in addition to the CSGA Floor and Vault. Floor and vault scores will be added to the acro pairs scores. Winners in each age group will be guaranteed a place to represent Cumbria at the National Final in Stoke on Trent which will be held on 19th June 2025.
